Enemy Fire

I believe it is ALWAYS the one who hates and plots revenge that is most damaged. Often they are the only ones hurt by the negatives they hug so closely inside. Hate is a poison that seeps into every available space. It destroys healthy tissue like acid, doing harm that often can never be fully repaired. To dose yourself with it is foolish, but many do so without a second thought.

It is not unusual for the hated to be totally unaware of how ate up we are, and even if they do know our agony is their joy. The purest kind of revenge is to cope, overcome, and thrive in spite of whatever they put you through.

Nothing is more irritating to the ones who knock us down than to see us rise up even stronger. Nobody likes to be easily dismissed, especially the ones who stand on us to seem taller. But nobody is more worthy of dismissal than those who wound without regret.

Take a moment to reflect before swallowing any poison. Let the damage end at bruises to your pride or a humbler attitude to the spirit. Bruises heal and the human spirit gathers strength from brutal lessons. Rise above the hateful. And as always.... think about it.... let it ride.... then YOU decide!!!!
